Personalized Catering

Chef Robert Berry, formerly the Executive Chef at The Restaurant at Peninsula Ridge, has started The Bleu Turtle which offers personalized catering of fine food that come straight to you, the customer, in your own choice of venue. The Bleu Turtle can create a custom menu for private dinner parties, weddings/wedding rehearsals, BBQs, breakfasts/brunches, lunches, cocktail parties or corporate functions/retreats.
You can have as little or as much input into your menu as you desire.
If you wish to plan your menu step by step with me or you would rather have Chef Rob prepare a menu for you, The Bleu Turtle can accommodate your needs for a casual or formal event. The Bleu Turtle will personalize the menu and service to fit your wants and needs.
The Bleu Turtle has a unique approach to catering as it comes to the customer’s venue and prepares fine cuisine to that of the customer’s specifications. It is also unique because it caters to intimate numbers, as small as 6 people for a dinner party. The Bleu Turtle can create menus for 3, 4 or as many courses as you wish. Tasting menus are also available.
Chef Robert Berry believes that food should be prepared to reach its highest potential in taste and quality. By using the freshest ingredients and utilizing as many local ingredients as possible, Chef Berry is able to create the most memorable dining experience for any occasion.
Dinner Parties
The Bleu Turtle is unique as it will come to your home to prepare private dinner parties for you, your family and friends or clients. The Bleu Turtle will cater to groups both large and small. Whether your gathering is intimate or casual, professional or romantic The Bleu Turtle will cater your food requirements.
The Bleu Turtle can use your plateware, stemware and flatware, or we can bring ours! All you need to provide is the table and your home! This leaves the stress of cooking to The Bleu Turtle, allowing you to enjoy your time with your guests in a carefree and enjoyable atmosphere.
BBQs!
The Bleu Turtle offers personalized catering, right in your own backyard. If you would rather get involved and serve up your own backyard barbeque, The Bleu Turtle can ensure that the food will be both effortless to prepare and of excellent quality. The Bleu Turtle can provide trays of pulled pork, sliders, salads, satays and a selection of pre-seasoned, marinated ready-for-the grill meats/fish and vegetables.
Wedding Rehearsal Dinners and Weddings
The Bleu Turtle can provide outstanding food for your wedding rehearsal dinner or for your wedding day at your reception site. The Bleu Turtle always prepares food of a superior quality allowing you to feel confident in the food your family and friends will be enjoying.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinners
The Bleu Turtle can hold up to 30 people on-site for your wedding rehearsal dinner. If you are interested in having tapas/hors’doeuvres or a plated menu, The Bleu Turtle will design the menu to fit your needs. Perhaps after your rehearsal, you would enjoy tapas and some wine in relaxed and private atmosphere at The Bleu Turtle. The dining room is available from Monday to Friday from 5pm to 11pm and Saturdays and Sundays, 4pm to 11pm.
Weddings
The Bleu Turtle can cater to your special event, whether formal or casual, sit-down or buffet, or tapas and wine, The Bleu Turtle can meet needs and special requirements. Your wedding is your day, and you should have as much input as you would like into your menu. The Bleu Turtle will do its best to ensure satisfaction of your precise requirements.
Private Dining
You can enjoy The Bleu Turtle in its private dining room, or be catered to you in your own home! The Bleu Turtle offers its dining room for private functions up to 30 people inside. The dining room is available after 5pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays it is available after 4pm until 10 pm. In the summer season, an extra 16 people can be seated on the enclosed patio. Whether you are looking a plated service, a buffet or hors d’oeuvres, The Bleu Turtle will design a menu to suit your event.
NOTE: The Bleu Turtle does not have a liquor license; however, if you would like to enjoy alcohol with your event, a . Special Occasions Permit can be obtained at the LCBO. The patron acquiring the permit is responsible for the fee and all legal responsibilities pertaining to the permit.
