Hello everyone, I am happy to announce I am opening the Tangerine Tortoise at 145 Russell ave this Friday & Saturday from 4 to 9.
During this covid time I am starting small & will grow into more. I will have beer & wine as well as some food. I will be adding cocktails next week & some more bites.
